Abstract

V skupnem diplomskem delu sem združil znanost biologije in tehnike z obravnavanjem razvoja avtomobilizma in njegovega vpliva na okolje. Pri vplivih transporta na okolje sem se osredotočil predvsem na onesnaževanje ozračja in ekološke posledice, kot so, akumulacija težkih kovin, onesnaževanje s prašnimi delci, soljo, hrupom in svetlobo, uničevanje habitatov in fragmentacija krajine, vnos in razširjanje škodljivih vrst, povozi živali, nastanek novega habitata in soljenje kot priložnost za slanoljubne rastline. Opredelil sem tudi sodobne smernice razvoja avtomobilizma in trend zmanjševanja okoljskega odtisa. V zaključnem delu sem spoznanja prenesel še v šolsko prakso v sklopu tehniškega dne za 8. razrede osnovne šole.

Secondary abstract: I have connected sciences biology and engineering in the diploma thesis with research of automobilism development and its influence on environment. I have focused on air pollution and ecological consequences with influences of transport to environment, such as: accumulation of heavy metals, pollution of dust particles, salt, noise, and light, destruction of habitat and fragmentation of landscape, input and spreading of harmful species, drive over animals, beginning of new habitat and salting as an opportunity for halophytes. I have defined modern guidelines of the automobilism development and trend of lowering carbon footprint. I have also transferred the findings into the technical day school practice for the 8th grade pupils in primary schools.
