Abstract

V današnjem času se soočamo z vedno večjim številom podatkov. Analize morajo biti narejene v najkrajšem možnem času, saj je ravno čas bistven v boju za konkurenčnost, kjer je kupec kot uporabnik vedno bolj zahteven. Če v podjetju želijo oblikovati kupčeve navade, je dobro imeti kvalitetno izdelano bazo podatkov. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili podjetje, ki nudi programe in programsko opremo širšemu krogu podjetij, njihova ponudba pa vključuje tudi celotno podporo njihovim programom in sistemom. Naredili smo podatkovno skladišče, predstavili tehnologijo za analizo podatkov v podatkovnem skladišču in naredili nekaj primerov analiz. Podatkovna skladišča so odlična osnova za izračun ključnih kazalnikov poslovanja podjetja. Glede na podatke prodaje določenih izdelkov, lahko podjetje na podlagi dnevne in mesečne analize spremlja kupčeve navade. Predstavili smo model poslovanja, kjer lahko podjetje preko baze v katero se vnašajo podatki dobi profil kupca in njegovih nakupovalnih navad. Glede na program zvestobe (v obliki kartic zvestobe) lahko tako podjetje oblikuje profil kupca in mu ponudi izključno izdelke, ki so zanj zanimivi.

Secondary abstract: Presently we are facing an increasing amount of data. Analyses need to be made in the shortest possible time, as time is essential in the battle for competition where the buyer as the user is increasingly more demanding. If a company wishes to form the buyer’s habits, a quality database is essential. The diploma thesis introduces a company that provides software to a wide base of enterprises, while their services include an integrated support of their programmes and systems. A data warehouse has been built, a data analysis technology in the data warehouse has been presented and some examples of analyses have been included. Data warehouses are an excellent base for the calculation of key markers of a company’s operation. Taking into consideration the sales data of certain products the company can monitor the buyer’s habits on the basis of daily and monthly analyses. An operation model has been presented where the enterprise may obtain the buyer’s profile and his purchasing habits through a base into which data are entered. Depending on the loyalty programme (in the form of store cards) the company may establish the buyer’s profile and offer him only products in which he is interested.
