Abstract

V zaključnem delu je zasnovana in izdelana merilna naprava za preizkušanje dinamičnih karakteristik hidravličnih regulacijskih potnih ventilov v skladu s standardom ISO 10770-1:1998. Za ustrezno regulacijo hidravličnega sistema je potrebno poznati dinamične karakteristike hidravličnih ventilov, ki se spreminjajo z obratovalnimi pogoji. Vpliv obratovalnih pogojev je mogoče ovrednotiti z ustrezno merilno napravo dinamičnih karakteristik, ki mora zagotavljati primerljivost meritev med sabo in z meritvami na drugih merilnih napravah, ki upoštevajo standardni postopek. V zaključnem delu so predstavljene karakteristike hidravličnih ventilov in standardni postopki meritev dinamičnih karakteristik hidravličnih ventilov. Opisana je zasnova merilne naprave za merjenje dinamičnih karakteristik, njena fizična izvedba, uporabljeni senzorji, ter zasnovan program Windows aplikacije in realno časovni program na programabilnem logičnem krmilniku. Nazadnje so predstavljeni rezultati praktičnega preizkusa merilne proge s testiranjem hidravličnega ventila in vpliv velikosti uporabljenega hidravličnega akumulatorja na rezultate.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis the measurement track for testing dynamic characteristics of hydraulic valves is designed and constructed in accordance with ISO 10770-1: 1998. For the regulation of the hydraulic system it is necessary to be familiar with the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic valves, which vary according to operating conditions. It is possible to evaluate the effect of operating conditions by an appropriate measuring track for dynamic characteristics, which should ensure the comparability of measurements among themselves and with measurements of other measuring tracks as well, taking into account the standard procedure. The thesis presents the characteristics of hydraulic valves and standard procedures for the measurement of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic valves. There are descriptions of the measuring track for measuring the dynamic characteristics, its physical implementation, used sensors, and designed Windows applications and real-time program on the programmable logic controller. The thesis ends with the results of the practical test of the measuring track with the testing of the hydraulic valve and the effect of the used accumulator size on the hydraulic results.
