Abstract

Za temo diplomskega dela smo se odločili izvesti meritev razporeditve temperature po pečniškem prostoru na vseh nivojih pečenja in s kombinacijo sistemov, ki uporabljajo več grelnih elementov. Do sedaj se tudi pri uporabi več grelnih elementov, ti vklapljajo hkrati (sočasno) in to s ciklom, ki ni krajši od ene minute. Pri uporabi več grelnih elementov hkrati namreč obstaja možnost krmiljenja vsakega električnega grelca posebej z ločenimi releji na krmilnem modulu. Za večtočkovno merjenje temperature smo izdelali žični model in program v okolju LabVIEW, ki sta dobrodošlo orodje za nadaljnje analize temperatur v pečniških prostorih, pečic različnih proizvajalcev.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this work is measurement of temperature distribution in built-in oven cavity on each baking tray level by use of multiple heaters systems. Even if we use multiple heaters in one system, the heaters are switched on and off simultaneously with duty cycle not less than a minute. By use of multiple heaters systems there is a possibility to control each heater with separate relay on power module. For multipoint temperature measurement we built the wire model and program in LabVIEW, which are useful tools for further analisys of oven cavity temperatures measurements in ovens of different manufacturers.
