Abstract
Javni objekti se praviloma gradijo za več desetletij, in sicer s pomočjo proračunskega denarja in razpisnih sredstev. Zaradi omejenosti slednjih se pogoji z vsakim novim razpisom zaostrujejo, posledično to zahteva večjo učinkovitost objekta. Učinkovitost stavbe združuje minimalne vplive na okolje, majhno porabo energije in ekonomičnost gradnje. Lesena gradnja je način gradnje, ki vse to omogoča, hkrati pa je gradnja hitra in čista ter omogoča hitro vselitev uporabnikom, kar je v primeru vrtcev ključno. Leseni vrtci lahko zaradi dobrega počutja uporabnikov še posebej veliko prispevajo pri popularizaciji energetsko učinkovite lesene gradnje.

Secondary abstract: |
Public buildings are built with public funds and are usually constructed for decades of use. Due to limited public funds, the conditions for obtaining these funds are becoming increasingly more restrictive and require higher energy efficiency of buildings. Energy efficiency of a building combines minimum environmental impacts, low energy consumption and cost-effectiveness of constructions. All this is made possible by timber buildings, which also allow quick and clean construction. This means that they are ready for use in a short time, which is essential in the case of kindergartens. Because they provide a cozy living atmosphere, timber indergartens can play a key role in the popularisation of energy efficient timber buildings. |
