Abstract
Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi bomo prikazali, na kaj vse moramo biti pozorni, kadar zaposlujemo nov kader. Izvedeli bomo, kako so v podjetju optimizirali proces zaposlovanja.
Omenili bomo tudi, na kaj je potrebno biti pozoren pri optimizaciji zaposlovanja. Velikokrat, kadar v podjetju razpišejo novo delovno mesto, se na razpis prijavi večje število zaposlenih. Predstavljen bo osnovni princip zaposlovanja z uporabo EPC metode ter optimizacija le-tega, ki so jo izvedli v predstavljenem podjetju. Metode zaposlovanja se bodo sprva navezovale na dosedanji opis zaposlovanja v podjetju v treh opisih, kot so zaposlovanje študentov, rednih zaposlenih. V prikazu preoblikovanja kadrovskih procesov z EPC metodo pa bomo izdelali EPC diagrame z optimiziranim procesom zaposlovanja študentov, rednih zaposlenih za določen čas, redno zaposlenih za nedoločen čas in zaposlenih preko podjemnih pogodb. V posameznih korakih pri optimiziranem procesu zaposlovanja poskrbimo, da v podjetju zaposlimo najkvalitetnejši kader v čim krajšem času. Posredno je tudi cilj podjetja, da ima kader vizijo in motivacijo za delo v podjetju. S tem poskrbimo, da smo s tako optimizacijo procesa zaposlovanja podjetju ne le prihranili čas, ampak tudi denar.
Optimizacija zaposlovanja vodilnemu kadru na področju zaposlovanja ponuja stalen vir idej, kako pritegniti zaposlene za opravljanje določenega dela in kako procese čim bolj poenostaviti. Podjetje je skozi čas z izločanjem slabših kadrov postalo homogeno in bolj pripravljeno na različne izzive iz okolja.

ABSTRACT
In this thesis, the main issues, which had to be taken care of when employing new personnel, are shown. It is also highlighted how the company implemented the optimization of the number of employees since the company engaged in three different disciplines. Three sectors are concerned, since the market in Slovenia is too small for the company to be devoted to only one sector. When employing new personnel basic EPC method along with its optimization is used in the company and it is presented in the thesis. It is also mentioned what should be payed attention to at new personnel employment. Often when the company tenders a new job position, the number of potential employees responds. Beside to the experiences the candidate possesses, it is necessary to initially select top-quality staff, using optimized EPC method to save time and money. This means that the candidates must have vision and motivation to become a part of the team.
Optimization of employment in the company brings sustained challenge to the senior staff how to attract with new employees to perform certain work process and how to simplify the procedures as much as possible. The company has become homogeneous and prepared for a variety of environmental challenges in the future due to acquiring new quality personnel and sectioning and monitoring incompetent personnel. |
