Abstract

Procesna avtomatizacija, doba v kateri se nahajamo, omogoča zelo visok standard kvalitetne izdelave, boljšo organizacijo in večjo produktivnost. Zato bi radi preverili učinkovitost različnih načinov vodenja elektro-pnevmatskega transportnega sistema. V večini vodenje poteka s pomočjo programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov – PLK. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni in analizirani načini virtualnega vodenja, kjer nam software Fluid Sim opravlja delo vodenja in vizualizacije. Preverili bomo tudi zanesljivost in uporabniški vmesnik računalniškega programa KEPserver OPC, ki skrbi za komunikacijo virtualnega krmilnika z ožičenim delom elektro-pnevmatskega transportnega sistema.

Secondary title: The connection of virtual controller with an electro-pneumatic conveying system
Secondary abstract: Process automatisation, the era in which we live, enables an immensely high standard of quality production, better organisation, and greater productivity. Therefore, we would like to test the various conduct manners efficiency of electro-pneumatic transport system. In majority, the control runs with assistance of programmable logic remote controllers – PLK. The thesis introduces and analyses the manners of virtual controlwhere software Fluid Sim executes management and visualisation. The reliability and user interface of computer programme KEPserver OPC that provides communication of virtual interface with wired part of electro-pneumatic transport system.
