Abstract
V diplomskem delu sta opisana dva problema, ki smo jih prepoznali v podjetju Chipolo d.o.o. Prvi je ta, da je skladišče neurejeno, majhno in tudi artikli v njem so neprimerno skladiščeni. Ker je skladišče manjše, ima podjetje še eno priročno skladišče v pisarni. Skladiščne operacije so zamudne in neučinkovite, zlasti pri prevzemu blaga ali odpremi. Med temi operacijami se pojavi veliko človeških napak in zato smo vpeljali še drugo rešitev in sicer črtno kodo. Oblikovali smo si cilje in namene, določili omejitve in metode dela. Najprej smo predstavili podjetje, nato smo v drugem poglavju predstavili in opisali trenutno stanje skladišča v podjetju in prikazali procesno karto skladiščenja. V nadaljevanju pa smo predstavili in opisali dve rešitvi in nato na novo izdelali procesno karto. Po vpeljavi sprememb smo primerjali prvotno stanje in izboljšavo stanja. Predstavili smo še podatke s finančnega vidika in izračunali, kdaj bo investicija povrnjena in kdaj bo podjetje začelo ustvarjati dobiček. Čisto na koncu pa je opisana možnost nadaljnjega razvoja.

This thesis presents two main problems that have been observed in the company Chipolo l.t.d. The first problem is the warehouse itself – it is ill-organized, too small, and the products are stored unsuitably. Due to insufficient storage capacity of the warehouse, the company has a supplementary storage room in the office. The work in the warehouse is time-consuming and inefficient, particularly during the processes of product acceptance and dispatch, when human error most commonly occurs. This thesis presents a solution to that issue, which is the use of a bar code. Goals and purposes were set as well as limits and methods of work. Firstly, the company is presented, continuing with a description of the current conditions of its warehouse and a diagram of the current process flow in the warehouse. Furthermore, this thesis presents two possible solutions and an improved process flowchart. A comparison between the states of the warehouse using its current versus the improved organization and process flow was made. Financial perspective of the company has also been addressed by calculating the projected payback period as well as the estimated shift into profit mode. The thesis concludes with a description of the possibility for further development. |
