Abstract
Hitro razvijajoči se svet nas spodbuja k hitremu reagiranju na novosti, ki se pojavljajo na trgu. Prav zaradi tega je danes zelo pomembno upravljati z mobilnimi napravami, da se lahko hitro in brez težav soočimo z morebitnimi težavami oz. zagatami. Prav iz tega razloga je mobilno poslovanje ena izmed inovativnih rešitev, ki ljudem omogoča seznanjenost z informacijami na vsakem koraku in omogoča hiter odziv na spremembe. Prav ta rešitev omogoča podjetjem, da so konkurenčna in hkrati lahko hitreje dosegajo rast in razvoj.
Pri poslovanju se v večini primerov poslužujejo uporabe osebnih računalnikov, saj nam omogočajo lažji pregled in tudi večje število informacij na enem zaslonu. Vendar je vse bolj pomembno, da imamo informacije vedno na voljo in da tudi sproti vnašamo podatke. Zato se v ospredje postavlja mobilnost in ažurne ter točne informacije v vsakem trenutku. Iz tega razloga se mobilno poslovanje nenehno razvija in prilagaja uporabnikom.
Upravljanje odnosov s strankami, s kratico CRM (Customer Relationship Management), je koncept, ki se ukvarja z odnosi s strankami, saj je to ena izmed konkurenčnih prednosti podjetja. S tem sistemom lahko gradimo baze podatkov o strankah, spremljamo njihovo vedenje, pridobivamo nove stranke, načrtujemo akcije in pričakovano dobičkonosnost, izoblikujemo priložnosti ter drugo. Veliko podjetij še te rešitve ne uporablja in bi bilo primerno, da bi se odločile za tovrstno rešitev.
Namen diplomskega projekta je podrobnejša seznanitev z mobilnim poslovanjem na primeru CRM kot tudi sam pomen besede CRM in njegovo uporabo ter značilnostmi.

The rapidly evolving world encourages us to swift reactions to the developments occurring in the market. That is why today is very important to manage mobile devices that can quickly and easily face any difficulties or conundrums. For this reason is mobile commerce one of the innovative solutions that allows people acquainted with the information on each step and enables quick response to changes. Also, this solution allows businesses to compete and at the same time can achieve faster growth and development.
In most cases is the use of personal computers, by making business important, which enable us to facilitate the review and also increasing the amount of information on the screen. However, it is increasingly important to have information always available and that also concurrently entered data. Therefore, it puts the mobility, being up to date and accurate information at all times. For this reason, the mobile business is constantly evolving and adapting to users.
Customer relationship management, with the acronym CRM is a concept, which deals with relations with customers, as this is one of the competitive advantages of the company. With this system we can build a customer database, monitor their behavior, acquire new customer, we plan actions and expected profitability, molded and other opportunities. Many businesses these solutions do not apply and it would be appropriate to opt for such a solution.
The aim of the diploma project is detailed familiarization with mobile operations in the case of CRM, as well as the actual meaning of the word CRM and its use and characteristics. |
