Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava analizo trajnostne prenove večstanovanjskega objekta.

Secondary title: THE ANALYSIS OF A SUSTAINABLE RENOVATION OF A MULTI-DWELLING BUILDING IN DOMINKUŠEVA STREET IN MARIBOR
Secondary abstract: This master's thesis deals with the analysis of the sustainable renewal of a multi-occupied building. We have investigated the legislation on the area of energy efficiency, the problem of ecological wastefulness of buildings, introduced concepts of passive and active renewal systems and, by good reference cases the of sustainable renewal of multi-occupied buildings, tried to analyse the sustainable renewal of our multi-occupied facility at Dominkoševa Street in Maribor. We have also touched upon the history of multi-occupied buildings planning. With the help of the PHPP software, we have analysed the building in the current as well as in the renewed state and compared it with a project made by the architecture students. We have proposed the economic analysis of the building, and tried to find out the investment behaviour depending on the energy required for the heating of the building.
