Abstract

Diplomsko delo je napisano s ciljem seznanitve z orodjem za modeliranje in izvajanje poslovnih procesov z notacijo BPMN. V njej so opisane notacija BPMN, razlike med različnimi verzijami BPMN in prednosti in slabosti notacije. Preizkušeno je modeliranje poslovnih procesov z orodjem Signavio Workflow in izvajanje modeliranega procesa s tem orodjem. Opisane so tudi prednosti in slabosti te informacijske rešitve, osebne izkušnje modeliranja ter izvajanje procesa s Signavio Workflow.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma is written to better understand a tool for modelling and implementing business processes with the BPMN notation. In the diploma we describe the BPMN notation; it's flaws, strengths and differences between different versions of BPMN. The modelling and implementing of business processes is tested with a modelling tool called Signavio Workflow. The diploma contains the description of flaws and strengths of Signavio Workflow and personal experience with modelling business processes with the tool.
