Abstract
Naša povezava z drugimi ljudmi temelji na komunikaciji. Če želimo doseči učinkovito komunikacijo, moramo imeti dobre komunikacijske sposobnosti. Pomembno je, da izražamo svoje misli s pravilno izbranimi besedami v jezik, ki ga druga oseba razume; da skrbno poslušamo, medtem ko ta oseba govori in da se zavedamo svojih reakcij. Te veščine nam pomagajo graditi dobre osebne in profesionalne odnose, ki so bistvenega pomena za učinkovito opravljanje delovnih nalog. To nas vodi do razmišljanja o doseganju uspeha pri delu v korist podjetja.
Vsako podjetje je uspešno toliko, kolikor so motivirani njegovi zaposleni. Motivacija je ključ, ki odpira možnosti za razvoj. Kadar obstaja razvoj, so zadovoljni zaposleni in delodajalci, kar daje dober vtis ne le na interno, ampak tudi na zunanjo okolje.
Delati v uspešnem podjetju pomeni, da se človek počuti varno, da je ponosen in zadovoljen. Ljudje, ki so odgovorni za uspeh podjetja so managerji, ki imajo moč in sposobnost, da izboljšajo delovanje, da vodijo podjetje, da sprejemajo odločitve in da motivirajo zaposlene. Njihovo vodstvo je povezovalec med notranjim in zunanjim okoljem. Ker njihova vloga odloča o sedanjosti in prihodnosti podjetja, je zelo pomembno imeti managerje z dobrimi komunikacijskimi in poslovnimi sposobnostmi.

Our connection with others is based on communication. If we want to achieve an effective communication, we need to have good communication skills. The most important ones are: expresing our thoughts with correctly chosen words in the language which the other person understands, careful listening while that person is talking and being aware of our reactions. These skills help us to build good personal and professional relationships. Good professional relationships are essential for the efficient performance of work tasks. This leads us to the thinking about reaching success at work for the benefit of the company.
Every company is successful as much as its employees are motivated. Motivation is the key which opens every opportunity for development. When there is development there are satisfied employees and employers, which leaves a good impression not only on the internal but also on the external environment.
Working in a successful company makes a person feel safe, proud and contented. The ones who are responsible for the success of the company are the managers. They have the power and the abilities to make the progress, to lead the organization, take decisions and to motivate the employees. Their leadership is the connector between the internal and external environment. Because their role is deciding for the present and the future of the company, it is very important to have managers with good communication and business skills. |
