Abstract

Diplomsko delo Načrtovanje spletne prisotnosti podjetja: analiza primera je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela in analize spletne prisotnosti podjetja Zlatarna Celje. V teoretičnem delu se bomo srečali z družbenimi mediji, njihovimi lastnostmi prednostmi in slabostmi in s spletno prisotnostjo podjetja – njihovimi cilji in razvojem. Prav tako bomo opredelili marketinško akcijo, njeno načrtovanje in uspešnost. V drugem delu bomo spoznali rezultate analize podjetja Zlatarne Celje na svetovnem spletu in si podrobneje ogledali izbrano marketinško akcijo, na podlagi katere smo ugotovili, kaj se da še izboljšati, kaj je bolje da pustimo za sabo in kaj lahko naredimo v prihodnosti na vseh izbranih področjih – družbenih medijih.

Secondary abstract: Thesis planning for web presence in a company consists of theory and analysis of online presence of Zlatarna Celje, on which I based my final work. In theoretical part we will meet with social media, their characteristics, advantages or disadvantages and with web presence – it’s goals and development. We will also identify marketing campaign, it’s design and performance. In the second part, we will recognize the results of analysis, based on actions of chosen company on the World Wide Web. And take a closer look at selected marketing campaign, and decide based on what we found out what can be improved, what it is better to leave behind and what we can do in the future in all selected fields - social media.
