Abstract
Zaposleni so največje bogastvo in srce vsakega podjetja, saj predstavljajo konkurenčno prednost podjetja. Management človeških virov v organizacijah predstavlja pomembno vlogo, saj zaposleni ustvarjajo dobiček organizacije. V organizaciji so štiri funkcije managementa človeških virov in sicer: kontroliranje, planiranje, organiziranje in vodenje. Pomembne so za premagovanje izzivov na tem področju. Management človeških virov vključuje analize delovnih mest, načrtovanje potreb osebja, zaposlovanje pravih ljudi, usmerjanje in usposabljanje, motiviranje zaposlenih, ocenjevanje zaposlenih. Management človeških virov je povezan z vsemi zaposlenimi na vseh ravneh podjetja. Zaradi spreminjajočega se okolja je potrebno, da organizacije svoje zaposlene nenehno razvijajo, da se lažje prilagajajo okolju. Razvoj kadrov lahko obravnavamo kot dejavnosti, ki pomagajo zaposlenim spoznati odgovornosti, razviti sposobnosti in kompetence, potrebe za doseganje ciljev. Da bi organizacije uspešno razvile svoje zaposlene, za to uporabljajo več programov, eden izmed takih je program mentorstva. Seveda pa je pomembno tudi, da se organizacija posveti novo zaposlenim v podjetju in jim omogoči praktično znanje. V uvajanje novo zaposlenih oseb je skoraj v vsakem podjetju posvečeno premalo pozornosti ali pa je sploh ni, kar je tudi problem v organizaciji SGP – Pomgrad d. d. Zato smo v diplomskem projektu podali predloge in ugotovitve za učinkovitejše delovanje kadrovske službe. Ugotovili smo, da v organizaciji izvajajo usposabljanja, izobraževanja in razvoj zaposlenih, nimajo pa še formalnega programa mentorstva in programa usposabljanja novo zaposlenega. To imajo v planu v letu 2017.
Diplomski projekt razdeljen na šest poglavij. V prvem smo si zadali hipoteze, ki smo jih skozi seminar preverjali, zato v naslednjih poglavjih obravnavamo na management človeških virov v podjetju in razvoj zaposlenih. V zadnjem poglavju smo predstavili družbo SGP – Pomgrad d. d. in njihovo kadrovsko službo ter podali predloge za program mentorstva in uvajanje novo zaposlenega v obravnavani družbi.

The employees are the most valuable resource and the core of every company. They represent its competitive advantage. Management of human resources has a very important role in each organization, because they create its profit. In a single organization there are four different human resource management functions: controlling, planning, organization and management. They are important for overcoming challenges. Human resource management includes job analysis, staff needs planning, employment of the appropriate worker, direction and education, motivation and assessment of employees. Human resource management is connected to all employees on all levels of the company. The environmental changes acquire constant development of the employees to be able to adopt to changes. The employee development includes activities that help them to gain more responsibility, develop abilities and skills to achieve their aims. To successfully educate their employees, they use the programme of mentorship. It is also important that the company pays attention to the new employees and enables them to gain some practical knowledge. This introduction is not practiced in most of the companies, we can find the same problem in the SGP – Pomgrad d. d. In this diploma thesis we introduced some suggestions and findings for more effective functioning of the human resources unit. We investigated their provided education and development of their employees. They do not have a formal mentorship programme for them. They plan the renovation of this programme in 2017.
Diploma thesis includes six chapters. The first introduces the main topic developed in the next chapters. They are about human resource management of the company and development of the employees. The last chapter presents GSP – Pomgrad d. d. company, their human resources and some suggestions on mentorship programme and introduction of a new employee in the previously mentioned company. |
