Abstract

Podjetje Strip's d.o.o. se ukvarja z izdelavo elektronskih in elektromehanskih sklopov. V prvem delu poročila smo opredelili problem in predstavili organizacijo. Nato smo v drugem delu opisali trenutno stanje v podjetju, osredotočili smo se na skladiščno poslovanje. Prepoznali smo problem na področju skladiščnega poslovanja, saj s trenutno organizacijo v skladišču ne dosegamo maksimalnih možnih učinkov. Nato smo napravili kritično analizo, s pomočjo katere smo navedli možne rešitve. Naša predlagana rešitev bi bila uvedba avtomatskega skladiščnega sistema.

Secondary abstract:	The company Strip's d.o.o. is engaged in the manufacture of electronic and electromechanical assemblies. In our report firstly we have identified the problem and present our organisation. In the second part of our report we have described current situation of the company. We have focused on the storage business. We have identified the problem in the field of warehouse management. Current organisation of the warehouse does not achieve the maximum possible impact. In the last part of our report, we made critical analysis, through which we have listed every possible solutions. Our proposed solution would be introduction of an automated storage system.
