Abstract

Promocija zdravja na delovnem mestu je skupek smernic, ki pripomore k boljšim rezultatom dela in s tem k boljšim poslovnim rezultatom podjetja. Te smernice imajo še dodatno dodano vrednost, saj promocija zdravja skrbi tako za delavca kot za delodajalca in za njuno dobro sodelovanje. Od te interakcije imata korist oba. Skrb za zdravje zaposlenih postaja v podjetjih vedno bolj pomembna, že zaradi dejstva, da se povprečna starost v podjetjih konstantno viša, s starostjo se krha tudi zdravje ljudi. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali, kako je v podjetju Alples, d. d. urejeno področje promocije zdravja in prehrane med delom. Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je bil, da opravimo analizo dosedanjih aktivnosti in izvedemo raziskavo o zdravju in interesih zaposlenih glede promocije zdravja in prehrane med delom. Na podlagi teh smo podali ugotovitve in možnosti izboljšav na tem področju v podjetju Alples, d. d.

Secondary abstract: Health promotion in the workplace is a set of guidelines that contributes to better results of work and with that to better business results of the company. These guidelines have further added value, because health promotion cares for both, the employee and his employer and their good cooperation. Both of them have benefits from this interaction. Concern for the health of employees in companies is becoming more and more important, due to the fact that the average age in companies is constantly increasing and with age human health is declining. In this thesis, we investigated how the company Alples, d. d. regulates the area of health promotion and nutrition during work. The main goal of this thesis was to undertake the analysis of previous activities and carry out a research about the health and interests of employees according to the promotion of health and nutrition during work. Based on this analysis we introduced our findings and potential improvements on this area in company Alples, d. d.
