Abstract

Spraševali smo se, kakšen pomen ima organizacijska kultura na organizacijo, ter ali je res pomembno, da se vrednote zaposlenih in organizacije med seboj ujemajo. S pomočjo vprašalnikov smo izmerili organizacijsko kulturo v Javnem zavodu Cene Štupar – CILJ in dobili rezultate, da je prevladujoča organizacijska kultura tipa klan. Ena od ugotovitev je bila tudi, da se je želeno stanje zelo ujemalo s trenutnim, kar ni zelo pogost pojav. Iz tega smo tudi izhajali, da se vrednote zaposlenih ujemajo z vrednotami podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da je v Javnem zavodu Cene Štupar – CILJ organizacijska kultura tako notranje kot tudi zunanje usmerjena ter da je organizacija zelo fleksibilna in diskretna.

Secondary abstract: Our focus was on the describing the meaning of organisational culture, on the organisation itself and is it really important that the employees and the organization share common values. With the help of questionnaire that was done in Cene Stupar-CILJ public institute, we came to the conclusion that the common culture type of public institute is clan. What was intriguing is that the desired and actual state were very similar, which is not a very common phenomenon. From that we conclude that employees and the public institute share the same values. We also found that in Cene Stupar - CILJ public institute the organisational culture is both inclined towards the employees and the outside market and that institute is very flexible and discreet.
