Secondary abstract: | Basic and most important priorities in one of the leading international companies in oral and personal care are definitely fast business development and adaptation to changes on the market and in every day life. These types of companies are constantly aiming to achieve cost savings and searching for better, faster and smarter business solutions. Above all, they need to be focused also on conserving earth’s finite resources and be as suistainable as possible. With this diploma we tried to analyze how the centralization and reorganization of the international company and its subsidiary in Slovenia influenced and impacted on emissions of carbon dioxide when exporting and importing. The company has restructured whole supply chain of deliveries to the Balkan countries. By analyzing huge databases, we wanted to come to conclusion whether in this particular case the result is as good as the one on the global level of the entire company. |
