Abstract

Podjetje PAR, Maja Vrečar, s. p., izdeluje unikaten nakit iz polimerne gline in drugih materialov ter drobne uporabne predmete, kot so knjižna kazala ali obešalniki za torbice. Prodaja je do zdaj potekala prek zasebnih stikov in na sejmih. Udeležba na sejmih je majhna, prodaja pa je odvisna od številnih zunanjih dejavnikov. Dodatne zaplete povzroča tudi spremenjena davčna zakonodaja pri poslovanju z gotovino. Drugih ustreznih prodajnih kanalov podjetje nima, zato je prodaja slaba. Dobra alternativa prodaji na sejmu je spletna prodaja, saj poteka 24 ur na dan, vse dni v letu, doma in v tujini, ni odvisna od vremena ali naključnih mimoidočih. Spletna prodaja poteka v udobju lastnega doma, in ne na stojnici. Raje kot za priključitev spletni tržnici, v kateri lahko predstavimo svoje izdelke, smo se odločili za registracijo lastne domene in izdelavo lastne spletne trgovine. Izbrali smo brezplačno orodje WordPress za oblikovanje spletne trgovine, uredili gostovanje in registrirali domeno ter izdelali spletno trgovino, ki ustreza poglavitnim zahtevam, ki smo jih postavili ob začetnem načrtovanju. Trgovino smo nastavili po svojih željah, napolnili z opisi izdelkov in slikami, opremili z obveznimi podatki in jo pripravili za prenos na registrirano domeno. Pripravljamo tudi aktivnosti za umeščanje trgovine v iskalnike in promocijske aktivnosti na družbenem omrežju Facebook.

Secondary abstract: PAR, Maja Vrečar, s.p. makes unique polymer clay jewellery and small items such as bookmarks or purse hangers. By now items were only sold on fairs or to friends. Customers’ attendance on fairs was low and too dependent on many external factors. Additional complications are a consequence of changes in tax legislation regarding cash payments. The company has no other selling channels so the sale is low. Web shop sales can be a good alternative to fair sales, because it runs 24/7, home and abroad and is not dependant on the weather, fair visitors and is much cosier than standing in the fair stall. Instead of joining one of the online marketplaces, we have decided set up own web shop. To set up own web shop we registered our own domain and created our own web shop free WordPress software application, then we registered domain, arranged hosting and developed an web shop that meets the criteria we defined in the beginning. The web shop was customised, catalogue was filled with sales items descriptions and photos, we added required functionalities and the web shop is now ready to be migrated to the Internet Service Provider hosting server. Search engine optimisation activities will be made as well as Facebook promotion of newly set up web shop.
