diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan proces odpreme letalske pošiljke ter vsa dokumentacija, ki je za odpremo potrebna. Na začetku je predstavljen problem papirnega poslovanja, ki posledično podaljša proces odpreme pošiljke, ter podjetje, v katerem smo ga raziskovali. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene teoretične osnove o prevozni pogodbi letalskega tovora, o elektronskem poslovanju in njegovi uvedbi v letalskem tovornem prometu. Predstavljeni so dokumenti, ki jih je potrebno digitalizirati ter elektronska standardna sporočila za izmenjavo podatkov med udeleženci. V obstoječem stanju bomo opisali procese in dokumente, ki jih mora špediter pripraviti za odpremo pošiljke. Ti procesi temeljijo na papirnem poslovanju, ki ga bomo analizirali in podali ugotovitve, kje prihaja do zastojev v procesu. Na podlagi analize bomo podali predlog rešitve z uvedbo elektronskega letalskega tovornega lista. V zaključku bomo predstavili rezultate uvedbe rešitve: pospešitev procesa odpreme pošiljke, znižanje stroškov poslovanja, povečanje konkurenčnosti ter zmanjšanje porabe papirja.

Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis the process of air shipment dispatch and all the documentation needed for that are described. At the beginning of the thesis, a problem of paper business, that is the elongation of the shipment dispatch process, is presented. The company in which this problem was researched is also presented. Further, theoretical background of the air waybill and of the electronic commerce are described. The implementation of electronic commerce in air cargo is also described. Documents that have to be digitalized and the electronic standard messages for data interchange between participants are presented. Processes and documents that are needed for the shipment dispatch will be described in the current state. All these processes are based on paper business and they will be analysed in order to find possible flaws. Based on the analysis, the solution which includes the implementation of the electronic air waybill will be given. In the conclusion, the results of the implementation, which includes acceleration of shipment dispatch, reduction of business costs, and increase in concurrence, and reduction of paper consumption, will be presented. |
