Konstruiranje novega stroja za čiščenje zvarov PVC okvirjev

Abstract

V želji po hitrejši proizvodnji, boljši kakovosti izdelkov in predvsem preprečitvi poškodb, smo se v podjetju Arcont IP d.o.o. odločili za konstruiranje novega stroja za čiščenje zvarov PVC okvirjev. Nekatere rešitve smo našli v svoji proizvodnji, pri strojih, ki opravljajo podobno funkcijo. Pri konstruiranju smo uporabili programska paketa AutoCAD in Solidworks. Za izdelavo stroja se nismo odločili, ampak smo zbirali ponudbe po Sloveniji. Z novim strojem lahko dela vsak delavec, kar prej ni bilo mogoče, saj so bile potrebne odlične ročne spretnosti.

Secondary abstract:	With the desire to speed up manufacturing, improve product quality and prevent injury, the company Arcont IP d.o.o. decided to design a new weld cleaner for PVC frames. The design team applied certain solutions already used by the company’s machines performing similar tasks. AutoCAD and Solidworks software were used in the designing process. The company did not build the machine itself, but instead decided to outsource the project to another Slovene company. While only very skilled workers could work with the old machine, this will no longer be the case with the new, safer machine which can be used by virtually every worker.
