Abstract

Osrednji namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, kako učitelji na Osnovni šoli doživljajo stres ter kako se z njim spopadajo. Preučili smo, kateri dejavniki so ključni za nastanek stresa na delovnem mestu učitelja; poseben poudarek smo namenili spopadanju učiteljev s stresom na delovnem mestu ter kako stres omiliti. Spoznali smo dejavnike za nastanek stresa na delovnem mestu učitelja ter opredelili nekatere vzroke in posledice stresa na delovnem mestu za učitelje, sodelavce ali organizacijo. Ob koncu pa smo predstavili še načine in ukrepe za omilitev oziroma preprečevanje stresa, s katerimi se učitelji srečujejo. Glede na to, da smo v prvem delu diplomskega dela največji poudarek namenili spoprijemanju učiteljev s stresom ter temu, kako namesto stresa vzpostavimo dobro počutje, smo predstavili tudi nekaj preventivnih ukrepov, ki nas morda obvarujejo pred vsakodnevnim pojavom stresa. V drugem delu pa smo v ospredje postavili raziskovanje pojava stresa na delovnem mestu učiteljev v Osnovni šoli Žiri. Raziskava je temeljila na stopnji stresa, ki ga učitelji doživljajo, in če vodilni storijo dovolj, da bi stres poskušali omiliti. Z raziskavo smo poskušali učiteljem bolj približati posledice stresa in jih posvariti, da naj bomo ob pojavu stresa bolj pozorni na svoje obnašanje, naj se ne zapirajo vase ter naj se ob prevelikem stresu pogovorijo s svojimi bližnjimi ali z zdravstvenim osebjem. Problem stresa in posledice, ki jih lahko prinese stres, smo predstavili na preprost način, vse od njegovega začetka pa do kasnejših faz. Raziskava je bila tudi neke vrste namen, da učitelje opozorimo, naj svoje stresne situacije poskušajo reševati v začetnih fazah, saj je lahko spoprijemanje z vsakodnevnim stresom velik problem tako za psihično kot tudi fizično zdravje. Hkrati pa smo v raziskovalnem delu odkrili, v kolikšni meri je bil stres prisoten med učitelji na Osnovni šoli v Žireh, kako dobro se učitelji spoprijemajo z njim ter kakšne vrste tehnik za sproščanje oziroma omilitev stresa uporabljajo. Z nami je v intervjuju o najbolj stresni situaciji spregovorila tudi ena izmed osnovnošolskih učiteljic.

Secondary title: STRESS IN THE TEACHERS’ WORKPLACE
Secondary abstract: The main focus of this diploma paper is to find out, how are the teachers on primary schools affected by stress and how they co-op with it. We will study which factors are the key for causing stress in the work areas, and we will especially focus on how teachers deal with stress at work and how to diminish it. So we have meet the factors for causing stress in working areas of the teachers and defined causes and consequences in working areas for the teachers, co-workers or organizations. At the end we have also introduced the ways and actions for alleviation or prevention of stress with witch the teachers are meeting. Regarding that, in the first section of this diploma we have put the main focus on coping teachers with stress and how to establish comfort. We have also introduced some preventive measures, which might save us from everyday stress. In the second section we have put the main focus on the research of the emergence of stress of teachers working on the Osnovna šola Žiri. The research grounded on the levels of stress witch are affecting the teachers and if the management of school takes enough precautions to diminish it. With this research we have tried to face the teachers with consequences of stress and warn them, so they can pay attention on how they behave, not to become introverted, and if they do feel stressed out that they should talk with their close ones or even find professional help. We have presented the problems and consequences of stress in an easy way, from the start to its later stages. The purpose of this research was to warn teachers that they should try to solve stressful situations in their easy stages, because dealing with everyday stress can be a huge issue for the mental and physical health. We have also discovered, on what level was the stress present between the teachers on Osnovna šola Žiri, how good they deal with it and which relaxation techniques they use to diminish it. We have also done an interview about the most stressful situation with one of the teachers in the school.
