Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je prikazan projekt obnove 11 objektov na lokaciji Term Ptuj. Projekt obsega izračune toplotne obremenitve objektov pred in po energetski sanaciji. Energetska sanacija vključuje spremembo zunanjega ovoja, dodatno izoliranje streh in menjavo stavbnega pohištva. Prikazane so možne izboljšave trenutnega stanja objektov. V diplomsko nalogo je vključena tudi sanacija dovoda in menjava ogrevalnega sistema. Izračuni so narejeni ročno in s programskim paketom Knaufinsulation Energija 2014. Izračuni temeljijo na standardu SIST EN 12831 in pravilniku PURES. Vključena je subvencija iz Eko sklada, prikazana je vrednost investicije in vračilna doba le-te.

Secondary abstract: The thesis has shown restoration project of 11 buildings at the site of Terme Ptuj. The projects includes calculations of thermal loads of object before and after energy reconstruction. Energy reconstruction involves the substitution of outer shell, additional roof insulation and replacement of home furniture (windows, doors etc.). Displayed are the possible improvements to the current state of infrastructures. The thesis also includes the reconstruction of the heat water pipes and replacements of heating components. The calculations are made by hand and with software package Knauf Insulation Energy 2014. It is limited to the standard SIST EN 12831 and according to the national regulations PURES. Thesis includes a subsidy from the Eco Fund, value of the investment and repayment period.
