Abstract

Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na več posameznih delov, ki so bili opravljeni v daljšem časovnem obdobju. Rešuje realni problem podjetja in zajema tako razvoj elektronike, kot tudi programski del. Opisuje podroben razvoj vmesnika in posameznih komponent, uporabljenih pri zasnovi, ki je plod analize trga in izkušenj podjetja. Vmesnik je tudi fizično izdelan in testiran v realnem času in prostoru. Prav tako smo dodatno razvili svoj programski vmesnik za računalniške sisteme Windows, ki nam omogoča testiranje vhodov in izhodov vzporednih vrat našega vmesnika. Vmesnik je sposoben poganjati komunikacijski del naprav (na primer CNC naprava), kot tudi preprosta nizko tokovna relejska stikala.

Secondary abstract: This diploma consist of multiple parts that were made in a longer period of time. It solves a real problem of company and contains development of electronics and software. It describes in detail how we developed COM Card and its parts based on market analyses and copmanies own experience on the given subject. ComCard was build and tested in real time and space. As extra accomplishment we build our own program for Windows operating system, that help us test cards inputs and outputs. The ComCard is capable of running communication part of the machine (such as CNC device) or simple low current relay switches.
