Abstract
Hiter razvoj tehnologij je poskrbel, da se je poslovanje podjetij v zadnjih 15-ih letih preneslo še na virtualno raven in s tem dobilo kar nekaj novih možnosti in priložnosti, posledično pa tudi kakšno slabost. Prehod je tako podjetjem omogočil hitrejše, širše in enostavnejše poslovanje v različnih oblikah. Ena izmed oblik, ki jo danes ponuja že skoraj vsako podjetje je spletna trgovina oz. spletno nakupovanje. Gre za način komunikacije, ki omogoča učinkovitejšo interakcijo med ponudnikom in potrošnikom. Ta potencialnim kupcem nudi razne prednosti v primerjavi z fizičnim nakupovanjem, zato se danes vse več ljudi odloča za nakup kar z nekaj preprostimi kliki iz domačega udobja.
Diplomski projekt obravnava značilnosti elektronskega poslovanja, uporabnost ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. V drugem delu se osredotoča na spletno trgovino in podrobneje o samem procesu spletnega nakupovanja. Zajema tudi primerjavo prednosti, ponudbe, uporabnosti in proces spletnega nakupa dveh konkurenčnih spletnih trgovin.

The rapid development of tehnologies has ensured, that the method of operation in companies in last 15 years has moved also on to the virtual level and gained new options, opportunities and consequently some weakness. Transition has offered companies a faster, wider and simpler business in various forms. One of the forms, which offers almost evey business is online store or online shopping. It's the way of communication that allows a more efficient interaction between sellers and customers. This provides to the potencial buyers various advantages compared with physical purchasing, so more and more people choose to shop with few simple clicks from home comfort.
Thesis involves characteristics of e-commerce, usability, their advantages and disadvantages. The second part is focused on online shop and details about the process of online purchasing. Also it incudes comparion of the benefits, offers, usefulness nad process of online shopping two competing web stores. |
