diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa
Abstract
Embalaža in njen izgled pomembno vplivata na kupce ter njihov izbor kupljenega blaga. Tega se zavedamo tudi v podjetju Unior d. d., ki je eno največjih izvozno usmerjenih podjetij v Sloveniji. V programu ročno orodje smo se lotili spremembe maloprodajne embalaže z jasnim ciljem izboljšanja prepoznavnosti blagovne znamke, izboljšanja informiranja kupcev ter posledično povečanja prodaje izdelkov.
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz treh sklopov. V prvem delu so predstavljene teoretične osnove. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljeno podjetje ter opisani poglavitni logistični procesi v skladišču gotovih izdelkov; od prevzema blaga, komisioniranja, označevanja embalaže, kompletiranja, embaliranja ter transporta do naročnika. V zadnjem delu naloge smo se osredotočili na prenovo rešitve ter predlagali nekatere izboljšave v logističnem procesu v skladišču gotovih izdelkov.

Secondary abstract: |
Packaging and its appearance importantly influence the customers and their choice of the purchased goods. In the company Unior d.d., which is one of the biggest export-oriented companies in Slovenia, we realize that as well. We started to change retail packaging in the program of hand tools with a clear objective to improve the visibility of the trademark, to improve the method of informing the customers as well as the increase of the sales of the products as the consequence.
The thesis is composed of three parts. In the first part theoretical bases are presented. In the second part of the thesis the company is presented and the principal logistical processes in the warehouse of the final products are described: from the receipt of goods, commissioning, marking the packaging, completing, packaging, as well as the transport to the client. In the final part of the thesis we focused on the renovation of the solution as well as proposed some improvements in the logistical process in the warehouse of the final projects. |
