diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Zaradi visoke stopnje brezposelnosti, ki je nastopila v času gospodarske krize, se veliko strokovnjakov v Sloveniji ukvarja s problemom zaposljivosti. Podjetja pričakujejo od posameznikov, s katerimi sklenejo delovno razmerje, ustrezno količino znanja in izkušenj. Izobraževalni sistem v Sloveniji nudi kvalitetno količino znanja, ne pa tudi izkušenj in praktičnega znanja, zato je podjetje tisto, čigar naloga je ustrezno uvesti delavca v proces dela, ga sproti usposabljati in izobraževati.
Diplomska naloga prikazuje proces zaposlovanja v podjetju X. V teoretičnem delu je opisana razlika med procesom zaposlovanja in kadrovanjem ter pogoji za njegovo uspešnost. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni problemi kadrovanja, prav tako so opisane faze procesa zaposlovanja. Opredeljeno je še planiranje kadrov, opisane so metode ter načela planiranja kadrov. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen proces pridobivanja kadrov, kjer je podan cilj pridobivanja, opis in analiza dela. Pri selekciji kadrov podajamo faze procesa izbiranja kadrov. Temu sledi uvajanje in v zvezi s tem je na koncu definiran tudi razvoj kadrov.
Empirični del zajema predstavitev podjetja X s poudarkom na njegovi dejavnosti in strateški usmeritvi. S pomočjo strukturiranega intervjuja smo ugotovili, kako dejansko poteka proces zaposlovanja v podjetju X. Pomanjkljivost se je pokazala v izbiri načina pridobivanja kadrov, zato smo v nadaljevanju to skušali raziskati še z anketnim vprašalnikom med zaposlenimi. Rezultati so pokazali, da so bili zaposleni zadovoljni s selekcijskim postopkom, mentorjem pri uvajanju in splošno s podjetjem. Kljub pozitivnim rezultatom anketirancev predlagamo, da se podjetje X v prihodnje poveže z Zavodom za zaposlovanje in s tem poveča možnost izbire ustreznega kandidata.

Due to the high unemployment rate that occurred in the period of global economic crisis, many experts in Slovenia deal with the problem of employability. Companies expect from individuals with whom they conclude employment relationship, a proper amount of knowledge and experience. Educational system in Slovenia offers a qualitative amount of knowledge, but not experience and practical knowledge. Therefore, the company´s task is to properly introduce a worker in a working process, continuously train and educate them.
The graduation thesis presents a process of employment in the company X. In the theoretical part a difference among the process of employment and placement of personnel, and conditions for its success are presented. Further, problems of placement of personnel are presented, as well as phases of the process of employment are described. Planning of personnel is defined and methods and principles of planning of personnel are described. Further, a process of recruitment is described, where a goal of recruitment is given, as well as description and analysis of work. In selection of personnel we present phases of the process of selection of personnel. That is followed by introduction and in this context a definition of personnel development is provided at the end.
The empirical part encompasses presentation of the company X with emphasis on its activity and strategic direction. With a structured interview we established how the process of employment in the company actually takes place. Imperfection was revealed in the way of recruiting, therefore, we want to research this with a questionnaire among the employees. The results showed that the employees were satisfied with the selection procedure, mentor in the process of introduction, and with the company in general. Despite the positive results of the respondents, we suggest that the company X in the future connects with the Employment Service, since in that way they could obtain a larger number of candidates from whom they could chose the most suitable one. |
