Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema izdelavo 3D modela vetrne turbine, premera rotorja 260 milimetrov v CAD programu, katerega smo izdelali s postopkom selektivnega laserskega sintranja. S fizičnim modelom smo opravljali meritve na testni progi v Laboratoriju za turbinske stroje na Fakulteti za strojništvo v Mariboru. Cilj diplome je bil prikaz obratovalnih karakteristik trikrake vetrne turbine v primerjavi s trikrakim propelerjem. Najbolj nas je zanimala odvisnost med izkoristkom rotorja in koeficientom moči. Primerjava rezultatov meritev kaže, da so obratovalne karakteristike obeh rotorjev zelo podobne.

Secondary abstract: The thesis includes production of 3D model of wind turbine rotor, with diameter of 260 millimeters in CAD software package, which was produced by selective laser sintering process. The physical measurements were performed on the track at the Laboratory for turbomachinery used at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Maribor. The objective degree was to obtain the operating characteristics of a three blade wind turbine in comparison with three blade propeller of RC plane. Mostly we were interested in the correlation between the efficiency of the rotor and power coefficient. The results of comparison shows that both operating characteristics of the two rotors are very similar.
