Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili numerično simulacijo prenosa toplote za primer naravne konvekcije nanotekočin v različnih modelih z različno geometrijo. Nanotekočina je suspenzija enakomerno porazdeljenih nanodelcev v vodi. Najprej smo izvedli primer naravne konvekcije vode v kubični kotanji in določili validacijski model. Naše rezultate smo primerjali z viri drugih avtorjev in ugotovili dobro ujemanje. Izdelali smo simulacije za različne vrste nanotekočin pri različnih koncetracijah nanodelcev. Na koncu smo rezultate analizirali in ugotovili, da nam nanotekočine omogočajo izboljšanje procesa prenosa toplote.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a numerical simulation of heat transfer by natural convection of nanofluids in different models with different geometry. Nanofluid is a suspension of evenly distributed nanoparticles in water. First, we performed natural convection of water in a cubic cavity and determined the validation model. Our results were compared with the resources of other authors, it was found that the results match. We have produced simulations for different types of nanofluids at different concentrations of nanoparticles. Results were analyzed and found that nanofluids allow us to improve the heat transfer process.
