Abstract
V podjetju Henkel Maribor d.o.o., ki je del mednarodnega koncerna Henkel, se v procesu razvoja kozmetičnih izdelkov izvajajo številne analize na polizdelkih, saj se lahko le tako zagotovi čim večja kakovost končnega izdelka.
Ena izmed takšnih analiz je tudi spremljanje viskoznosti v obdobju 12. tednov. V kompetenčnem centru R&D Maribor smo v tem obdobju merili viskoznost različnim kozmetičnim polizdelkom (šamponom, gelom za tuširanje, balzamom za lase, gelom za lase in kremam za obraz). Posamezne vrste polizdelkov smo razdelili v več skupin glede na območje predpisane viskoznosti. Predvidevali smo namreč, da je vpliv časa na viskoznost za posamezno področje drugačen. Meritve smo izvajali z viskozimetrom Haake VT 550 oz. Brookfield DV-I Prime, dobljene rezultate pa kasneje analizirali v programu Excel.
Iz dobljenih meritev in analiz rezultatov smo ugotovili, bi za določene tipe polizdelkov lahko uporabili matematični model regresije, ki bi nam omogočal izračun viskoznosti po določenem času.

Analysis of time impact on viscosity for semi-finished cosmetic products |

To ensure maximum quality of the final product Henkel Maribor Ltd., part of the international Henkel Group carries out a number of analyzes on semi-finished products in the product developing process.
One such analysis is also monitoring of viscosity over a period of 12 weeks. During this period viscosity of various semi-finished cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioners, hair gel and face cream) was measured in the Competence Center R & D Maribor. Individual types of semi-finished products were divided into different groups depending on the viscosity range from specifications. It was assumed that time impact on viscosity will be different for each range. The measurements were performed with a viscometer Haake VT 550 and Brookfield DV-I Prime. The results were later analyzed in Excel.
From the obtained measurements we concluded that for certain types of semi-finished products mathematical model of regression can be used, enabling us to calculate the viscosity after a certain time. |
