Abstract
Tehnološki napredek in razvoj spleta 2.0 je bi povod za začetek obdobja družbenih medijev. Ti so postali nedeljiv del vsakdana mnogih ljudi sodobnega sveta, v katerem si nekateri brez njih ne bi mogli predstavljati življenja. Omogočajo nam deljenje idej, učenje, komunikacijo in zabavo. Živimo v svetu demokracije, kar se odraža tudi v družbenih medijih, kjer želimo izražati to svobodo. Družbeni mediji niso uporabni samo s strani uporabnikov, ampak tudi oglaševalcev, ki jih uporabljajo za oglaševalske namene. Pri tem lahko uporabljajo različne strategije oglaševanja, med katerimi sta bistveni plačana in brezplačna strategija. Oglaševalci lahko uporabijo tudi obe. Družbeni mediji so postali prostor, kjer blagovne znamke lahko dvo- ali večsmerno komunicirajo s ciljnim občinstvom. Youtube je odlična platforma za oglaševanje, saj ponuja oglaševalcem širok asortiment oglaševalskih orodij. Bistvo te platforme je za oglaševalce interakcija med njimi in gledalci, ki jo youtube ponuja na unikaten način.

The technological advance and the Web 2.0 development enabled the beginning of the social media era. Social media became an everyday tool for many people living in the modern world. They enable us to share ideas, to learn, communicate and have fun. We live in a world of democracy and that reflects our desire to freely express. Social media are an excellent opportunity for advertisers. They can use different strategies depending on their goals. The two main are paid and free advertising. Social media has become a place where brands can communicate with their target audience. YouTube is an excellent platform for users because it offers a wide range of advertising tools and the point of this platform for advertisers is the interaction between the advertiser and the viewer, which YouTube offers in an unique way. |
