Abstract

V vrtcu ima sodelovanje s starši pomembno vlogo, saj je temelj za otrokov celovit razvoj. Skupno sodelovanje temelji na medsebojnem spoštovanju in zaupanju. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali sodelovanje med zaposlenimi in starši na specifičnem primeru. Diplomsko delo sestavlja teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena družina, vrtec, odnosi med strokovnimi delavci in starši ter komuniciranje s starši. Empirični del naloge je posvečen raziskavi sodelovanja med zaposlenimi v vrtcu in starši. Vzorec zajema starše, ki imajo svoje otroke vključene v vrtec Slovenske Konjice. Podatke smo obdelali s pomočjo SPSS. Ugotovili smo, da so starši zadovoljni z odnosom, ki ga imajo z vzgojitelji, da gradijo na medsebojnem zaupanju ter ohranjajo pozitivne in dobre odnose z zaposlenimi v vrtcu.

Secondary abstract: In a kindergarten, cooperation with parents plays an important role in a child's development. Such cooperation is based on mutual respect and trust. This diploma thesis investigates cooperation between kindergarten employees and parents on the example of a specific kindergarten. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical part and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, notions such as family, kindergarten, relations between kindergarten employees and parents, as well as communication with parents are explained. The empirical part consists of a research of cooperation between parents and kindergarten employees. The sample consists of parents whose children attend the Slovenske Konjice kindergarten. The data obtained was processed using SPSS. The research has shown that the parents are satisfied with the relations they have with the kindergarten educators, and that they strive for building mutual trust and for preserving good relations with the kindergarten employees.
