Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil v delavniškem okolju testirati oprijem različnih tiskarskih barv na različne papirje. Prav tako smo testirali tisk ene barve preko druge barve, kar lahko oteži tisk, saj prvi nanos barve zapre pore papirja in s tem preprečuje dobro vpijanje drugega sloja barve. Izdelali smo posebne matrice (plošče) in izbrali tri različne vrste papirja. Izvedli smo vizualni pregled z lupo in ocenili kvaliteto. V naslednji fazi smo izvedli destruktivne teste kvalitete tiska, kot so test suhosti barve in test oprijema barve. Naš namen je bil, ugotoviti kateri papir je najbolj primeren za uporabo pri pretisku ene barve čez drugo.

Secondary title: ANALYSIS OF LAYERS PROPERTIES FOR PRINTING COLORS
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis was to test the adhesion of various printing inks on different papers in a workshop environment. We have also tested how one ink is overprinted over another ink, which can make printing more difficult. This is due to the fact, that the first ink adhesion closes the paper’s pores and thus prevents the proper absorption of the second ink. We developed special matrixes (panels) and choose three different types of paper. The testing form or shape was made of four fields, in which the same graphical elements were repeated. The only difference was in the paper on which we printed, the ink and the way of the print. We printed 40 prints on all different paper types, in total 120 pages. We carried out a visual inspection with a magnifying glass and evaluated the quality. In the next stage, we made a destructive test of the quality of the print, such as the testing of the ink dryness and the ink adhesion. Our purpose was to determine which paper is the most appropriate for overprinting one ink over another.
