Abstract
Pravilno izpostavljene vrednote podjetja povezujejo zaposlene in imajo velik pomen pri pridobivanju novih zaposlenih, ki bodo imeli visoke standarde in pozitivne učinke pri nadaljnjem razvoju podjetja. Vsak zaposleni mora najprej dodobra spoznati vrednote organizacije, jih sprejeti in nenehno obnavljati ter nadgrajevati. Če zaposleni ne sprejme vrednote organizacije, to kmalu privede do nezadovoljstva na delovnem mestu, posledično pa delo zaradi tega ni opravljeno dovolj učinkovito. V teoretičnem delu predstavimo vpliv vrednot na delo v organizaciji, v empiričnem delu pa ugotavljamo, kako pomembne so posamezne vrednote za zaposlene v Termah Olimia in kako močno se čutijo povezani z njimi. Ugotovili smo, da je zaposlenim najpomembnejša vrednota zanesljivost, najmanj pomembna pa vrednota ustvarjalnost. Spoznali smo tudi, da se zaposleni z vrednotami čutijo precej povezani.

Properly set values of the company connect employees and have a great importance in attracting new employees, who will have high standards and positive effects on the further development of the company. Each employee must first get to know the values of the organization well, accept them and continuously renew and upgrade them. If the employee does not accept the values of the organization, this will soon lead to dissatisfaction at the workplace, and the work is consequently not performed effectively enough. In the theoretical part we also present the influence of values on the work in the organization. In the empirical part we establish the importance of individual values for employees in Terme Olimia and how strongly they feel connected with them. We established that the most important value for employees is reliability and the least important is the value of creativity. We learned also that the employees feel quite connected with the values. |
