Vloga in pomen samozaposlovanja v Pomurski regiji

Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo samozaposlovanje, ki je eden izmed načinov zaposlitve posameznikov, predvsem mladih. V teoretičnem delu povzemamo predvsem pojav brezposelnosti in pomen samozaposlovanja pri zmanjševanju tega problema, motivacijo, potrebne lastnosti in pogoje za samozaposlovanje ter njegove prednosti in slabosti. Cilj diplomskega dela je analizirati probleme brezposelnosti in samozaposlovanja v Sloveniji, predvsem v Pomurju in posebej v okviru madžarske narodne skupnosti. Dokaj podrobno predstavljamo obsežen nabor ukrepov, ki je bil v minulih letih v Pomurju izveden na tem področju. Poskušali smo odgovoriti na temeljno vprašanje, zakaj se podjetniki podajo na podjetniško pot kljub tveganju, ki jih lahko doleti. V okviru brezposelnosti in samozaposlovanja v Pomurju smo zastavili tri hipoteze in preverjali njihovo veljavnost. Zaključujemo s predlogi morebitnih sprememb pri spodbujanju in razvoju samozaposlovanja.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with self-employment as one of the possibilities for employment of individuals, especially young people. The theoretical part summarizes in particular the phenomenon of unemployment and the importance of self-employment to reduce this problem, the motivation required, characteristics and conditions for self-employment and its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the problems of unemployment and self-employment in Slovenia, especially in the Pomurje region and particularly in the context of the Hungarian national community. It presents a comprehensive set of measures carried out in the recent years in Pomurje and at the same time tries to answer the fundamental question of why entrepreneurs start the entrepreneurial path despite the risks involved. In the context of unemployment and self-employment in the Pomurje region, three hypotheses were set and verified as to their validity. The thesis concludes with suggestions of possible changes in the promotion and development of self-employment.
