Abstract
Magistrsko delo opisuje postopek zasnove, tipizacije in standardizacije pogonskega sklopa voza industrijske peči za uporabo v podjetju BOSIO d.o.o. Magistrsko delo se začne s kratkim povzetkom zgodovine razvoja industrijskih peči, njihovo klasifikacijo in opisom komorne peči z vozičkom. Sledi zasnova in razdelitev pogonskih sklopov glede na obremenitve. Za vsak tip pogonskega sklopa smo definirali komponente, ki so bile ustrezno preračunane in standardizirane. V zaključku magistrskega dela so predstavljeni doseženi cilji, ki dokazujejo, da smo uspešno tipizirali pogonski sklop. Navedli smo tudi usmeritve za nadaljevanje dela na tem področju.

Secondary abstract: |
The master's thesis describes the design, typing and standardization of the drive train for an industrial furnace used at BOSIO d.o.o. In the introduction of the master's thesis, we briefly presented the history behind the development of industrial furnaces, their classification and description of boogie-hearth chamber furnace. Further, we discussed the drive train design and classification by load. For each type of the drive train, we have defined components, which we then calculated and standardized. In the conclusion, we outlined obtained objectives that serve as a proof of our successful standardization of the drive chain. We summed up by providing guidelines for further improvements in this field. |
