Abstract

Spletna trgovina podjetja Validus Ventus, d. o. o. je bila izdelana leta 2010. Zadostovala je potrebam takratnega časa, vendar so se te, zaradi novih tehnologij in obsega dela, občutno spremenile. Novi načini plačevanja so postali stalnica. Poleg nakazila na transakcijski račun, plačila ob prevzemu pošiljke je bilo treba dodati še ostale možnosti in s tem posodobiti plačilni sistem. Pošiljanje potrdila o naročilu in izdelava ponudbe je lahko po nepotrebnem zamudno delo trgovskega uslužbenca, zato smo z uvedbo avtomatizacije zmanjšali čas dela, povečali odzivnost in dosegli točnost naročila. Ker je obstoječa spletna trgovina bila napisana ročno v PHP programskem jeziku, in ker so bila denarna sredstva zelo omejena, smo raziskali elektronsko poslovanje ter odprtokodne rešitve. Izbrali smo najprimernejšo rešitev, s katero je bilo lahko podjetje zadovoljno. Cilj je bil izdelati novo spletno trgovino. Primerjali smo najbolj priljubljene CMS sisteme za elektronsko poslovanje in se glede na potrebe ter zmožnosti našega podjetja odločili za najustreznejšega. Z izbranim sistemom WooCommerce in predlogo VGRossi smo dosegli želeno postavitev in delovanje nove spletne trgovine, ki smo ga nadgradili še z nameščenimi vtičniki. Način, s katerim smo izdelali novo spletno trgovino, se je izkazal za zelo uporabnega. Spletno trgovino manjše velikosti z vsemi lastnostmi sodobne trgovine smo brez zunanje pomoči oziroma izvajalcev lahko izdelali hitro in cenovno ugodno ter posledično podjetju zmanjšali stroške in povečali vrednost funkcionalnosti spletne trgovine.

Secondary abstract:	Validus Ventus d.o.o web store was built in 2010. It sufficed the needs of that time, but they have changed significantly due to new technologies and the volume of work. New payment methods have become a fixture. In addition to the transfer to a bank account, payment on delivery, it is necessary to add other options, and thereby an update of the payment system is needed. Sending the order confirmation and making the offer manually is very time-consuming for the commercial staff, therefore we will introduce automatization to reduce labor time, increase responsiveness and achieve the accuracy of an order. Because the existing online store is handwritten in PHP programming language and because we have very limited funds, we will investigate e-commerce open source solutions and choose the most suitable one, with which we shall produce a new store and satisfy all the needs of the company. Our goal was to create a new online store. We compared the most popular CMS systems for e-commerce. Depending on the needs and abilities of our company, we have decided which one will be the most adequate. With the chosen system WooCommerce and his template VGRossi, we have achieved the desired formation and operation of a new online store, which was upgraded by installed plug-ins. The way we created the new online store has proven to be very useful. A small size online store with all the features of a modern store was build without external assistance or contractors very quickly and cost-effectively. Consequently it meant that company has reduced costs and increased the value of functionality of an online store.
