Abstract

Na prepustnost prometne infrastrukture vplivajo različni dejavniki. Na nekatere nimamo vpliva, na drugega imamo. Vpliv, ki se lahko odraža na prometni infrastrukturi, je vpliv dimenzioniranja, ki je predstavljen v diplomski nalogi. Beseda dimenzioniranje predstavlja širok pojem, v okviru katerega se proučujejo različni vidiki načrtovanja prometne infrastrukture. V diplomski nalogi smo se omejili samo na vidik zagotavljanja zadostne kapacitete. Prvi del diplomske naloge zajema teoretične osnove kapacitetnega dimenzioniranja, kjer so predstavljeni ključni parametri prepustnosti. V drugem delu naloge je predstavljen primer iz realnega okolja – križišče v Mariboru. To križišče je analizirano ter predstavljeno z vidika zadostne prepustnosti. Predstavljeni so prav tako rezultati simulacij različnim možnih variant rekonstrukcije križišča, za katere je bilo uporabljeno programsko orodje Sidra Intersection.

Secondary abstract: Various factors influence the capacity of the transport infrastructure. We only have control over some of these factors. The impact that might reflect the transport infrastructure is the impact of dimensioning, which is presented in this diploma thesis. The word dimensioning is an ambiguous concept in which various aspects of transport infrastructure are examined. For this reason, we limited our work on the factor representing the assurance of sufficient capacity. The first part of diploma thesis covers the theoretical foundations of Capacity Dimensioning, where key parameters of capacity are presented. The second part of the thesis represents an example from the specific area - an intersection in Maribor. This intersection was analyzed and presented in terms of sufficient capacity. The results of simulations of the possible variants of reconstructing intersections were presented as well. For this purpose, the software tool Sidra Intersection was used.
