Abstract

Opredelitev etike v mednarodnih podjetjih je zelo pomembna, saj s takšnim načinom podjetja izkazujejo pripadnost svojim ciljem in kar je najbolj pomembno svojim zaposlenim, kupcem in dobaviteljem. To, da je etika podjetja normativno opredeljena tudi v poslanstvu in viziji podjetja, pa pomembno vpliva tudi na uspešno poslovanje organizacije, saj s tem povezuje zaposlene med seboj in jih motivira pri skupnem doseganju zadanih ciljev. Etika v poslovanju vedno obstaja, od podjetij pa je odvisno, v kolikšni meri bodo etiko normativno opredelili in vodili v poslovanju. Etika v podjetju predstavlja ozaveščenost o etičnem ravnanju, saj si vsak želi biti moralno in etično obravnavan. Večina podjetij zato izda kodeks etičnega poslovanja podjetij, da si zaposleni, dobavitelji in kupci oziroma poslovni partnerji lažje predstavljajo, kakšno naj bi bilo obnašanje zaposlenih ter poslovnih partnerjev v podjetju in kakšnih pravil se morajo držati, da bo podjetje lažje dosegalo zastavljene cilje in uspešno poslovalo. Opredelitev norm in pravil podjetja postaja vse pomembnejši dejavnik, saj si lahko le s tem podjetja zagotovijo pošteno poslovanje, kar pa vpliva na njihovo uspešnost. Poleg pričakovanega upoštevanja norm in pravil zaposlenih in poslovnih partnerjev organizacije zaposleni od podjetja pričakujejo poslušnost za njihove probleme oziroma vprašanja, če jih imajo, saj na ta način podjetje izkazuje pripadnost njihovim zaposlenim. Vsaka organizacija pa se mora zavedati, da ima pravilno opredeljena poslovna etika v njej pomemben vpliv na motivacijo zaposlenih, zato je pomembno, da organizacije etiko večkrat omenjajo, jo spremljajo in po potrebi spreminjajo. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz šestih delov. V prvem so opisani namen, cilj ter teze in omejitve magistrskega dela. V drugem in tretjem delu smo opisali poslovno etiko in etiko mednarodnih organizacij, kamor spadajo temeljni pojmi etike, etične dileme ter družbene odgovornosti organizacij, v četrtem poglavju smo podrobneje opisali normativno zagotavljanje poslovne etike, v petem poglavju pa smo teoretično opisali etične kodekse, njihove prednosti in slabosti ter samo uporabo le-teh, saj smo nato v šestem poglavju obravnavali etične kodekse štirih naključno izbranih organizacij po lestvici Fortune 500 (Fortune 2015) ter jih na koncu primerjali med seboj in podali sklepne ugotovitve.

Secondary title: Definition of business ethic in international enterprises
Secondary abstract: The definition of ethics in international companies is very important, because with this method companies shows loyalty to their objectives and what is most important to their employees, customers and suppliers; but if the ethics is included or mentioned in the mission and vision of the company, it would have a significant impact on the successful business of the organization as connecting people to each other and motivate them in achieving the common goals set. Ethics has been included in business for a long time, but it depand from company to company, of course, on whether the ethics will be introduced in their business or not. Business ethics represents awareness of ethical behavior, because all employees wants to be a morally and ethically treated. Most companies therefore issued a code of ethics for employees, suppliers, customers or business partners, so they can imagine how should look the behavior of employees or business partners in the company and what rules must be adhered to in order to help businesses grew on the objectives and to achieve business success. Definition of norms and rules of the company is becoming an increasingly important factor, because only companies can ensure fair business, which could affect their performance. In addition to taking into account the expected norms and standards of employees and business partners of the organization, employees can expect from companies obedience for their problems or issues, if any, because in this way the companies shows loyalty to their employees. Each company, however, must be aware that a properly defined business ethics in the company has a significant impact on employee motivation, and it is important that companies often mention ethics in their businesses, they monitor it and, if necessary, changes it. Master's thesis consists of six parts. The first describes the purpose and objective of the thesis and restrictions on the thesis. In the second and third part, we describe business ethics and ethics of international companies, which include basic concepts of ethics, ethical dilemmas and corporate social responsibility; in the fourth chapter we further describe the normative provision of business ethics and in the fifth chapter, we theoretically describe the ethical codes of conduct, their advantages and weaknesses and the use of it in the companies. In the sixth chapter we dealt with the ethical codes of the four selected companies by scale of Fortune 500 and in the end we compared each code of ethics with each other and presented our conclusions.
