Abstract
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo vpliv uvodne motivacije na kakovost učne ure pri pouku geografije. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili teoretični pomen motivacije, predstavili prve teoretične zasnove, modele motivacije, vrste učnih motivacij, opredelili vpliv motivacije na zaznavanje in predstavili različne vrste motivacijskih strategij, ki jih lahko delimo tudi glede na učinkovitost - primernejše so tiste, ki učinkoviteje pripomorejo k doseganju učnih ciljev. Po splošnih teorijah motivacije smo opredelili uvodno motivacijo kot formalno začetno artikulacijsko stopnjo učne ure. Dobra uvodna motivacija praviloma spodbudi učence k večji pozornosti med celotno uro, posledično tudi k boljšim učnim rezultatom. Eden glavnih ciljev je bil izdelati primere različnih uvodnih motivacij oz. motivacijskih strategij, eksperimentalno izvesti ure in ugotoviti, ali izvedbe različnih uvodnih motivacij različno vplivajo na pozornost učencev in njihove učne rezultate. Z analizo anket sodelujočih učencev 6., 7. in 8. razredov na izbranih šolah smo ugotovili, da drugačen, zanimiv začetek ure v učencih praviloma vzpodbudi zanimanje in poveča njihovo pozornost med celotno uro, kar je tudi potrdilo dejstvo, da je uvodna motivacija eden od pomembnih dejavnikov, ki vpliva na kakovostno izpeljavo učne ure. Se pa mora učitelj v času hitrega tehnološkega razvoja in obleganja z različnimi informacijami na vsakem koraku še bolj potruditi, da pritegne učence. Še posebno pri geografiji je treba spremljati vsakodnevne novice, dogajanje doma in po svetu ter novosti s področja geografske znanosti. In vse to mora potem vključiti v pouk geografije. Če učitelj pripravi zanimiv uvod v učno uro, s tem pridobi učence in poveča verjetnost, da mu bodo sledili do konca učne ure.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to present the impact of introductory motivation on the quality of learning at geography lessons. Theoretical part comprises a definition of motivation, a presentation of the first theoretical concepts, models of motivation, types of learning motivations, the impact of motivation on perception, and different types of motivational strategies that can also be classified in terms of efficiency; more suitable are the ones that effectively contribute to the achievement of learning objectives. Great introductory motivation encourages students to be more attentive during lessons, which consequentially leads to better results. One of the main goals was to form examples of various introductory motivations, to experimentally carry out the lessons, and determine whether the implementation of various motivations has different influence on pupils' attention and their results. By analyzing surveys in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade, we ascertained that versatile, interesting start of the lesson normally stimulates pupils' interest and increases their attention during the whole lesson. This confirms our assumption that introductory motivation is one of the key factors influencing the quality of the lesson. However, countless information and ongoing rapid technological development force teachers to make even greater effort to attract students. Especially in geography, it is necessary to be in touch with daily news at home and abroad, and with innovations in the field of geographical science. These should be included in geography lessons as well. An exciting introductory motivation prepared by a teacher attracts pupils' attention that extends to the end of the lesson. |
