Abstract

V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Uspešnost sanacije stanovanjskega objekta v Žicah predstavljam že sanirano hišo ter ugotavljam ali so bile prve sanacijske metode dovolj uspešno in dobro izvedene. Diplomsko nalogo bom predstavil po alinejah, glede na predvidene metode sanacije. V prvem delu vsake alineje bom opisal vse napake na prvotnem stanju objekta, izvedena sanacijska dela in uspešnost le teh. V jedru se bom osredotočil na neizvedene in neuspešno izvedene sanacijske metode ter postopke, ki bodo potrebni za izvedbo sanacij. Na koncu bom vključil še smiseln vrstni red sanacij.

Secondary abstract: The graduation thesis titled The Success of the Rehabilitation of a Residential Building in Žice presents a renovated house and discusses the effectiveness and quality of renovations made. The thesis is presented in paragraphs, each describing the planned renovations. The first part of every paragraph describes all the errors found in the original condition of the building, all renovations made and their effectiveness. The main part discusses the renovation processes that were ineffective or were not carried out, as well as the procedure that would be needed for effective renovation. In the end, logical order of renovations is suggested
