diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informatika v organizaciji in managementu
Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj aplikacije za registracijo delovnega časa, ki omogoča uporabo pametnega telefona z NFC vezjem. Pametni telefon nadomešča stacionarni registracijski terminal. Predstavljene so naslednje tehnologije: operacijski sistem Android, pametna kartica, baza podatkov Oracle Express edition, spletni strežnik Apache. Razvita je rešitev za registracijo delovnega časa z mobilnim telefonom obsega program na mobilnem telefonu in shranjene procedure v bazi podatkov. . Na delovišču je nameščena pametna kartica z NFC vezjem. Telefon prebere oznako na kartici in preko podatkovne povezave na spletni strežnik sporoči podatke o lokaciji, imetniku telefona in dogodku (prihod, odhod). Kadar podatkovno omrežje ni na razpolago, se dogodki shranijo v bazi podatkov na telefonu, kasneje pa se prenesejo na spletni strežnik. Testiranje rešitve je pokazalo, da deluje v skladu s specifikacijo. Razvijalec programske opreme za registracijo delovnega časa je rešitev vpeljal v uporabo kot storitev za stranke.

The subject of this thesis is Time and Attendance registration using a smart phone with NFC chip. Smart phone is a substitution for a stationary registration terminal. The following technologies are presented: Android operating system, smart card, Oracle Database Express Edition and Apache web server. Time and Attendance registration solution include application on smart phone and stored procedures in database. At a workplace, a smart card with NFC chip is installed. Mobile phone reads NFC tag and submits to the web server the data following data: location, mobile phone holder identification and the event (clock-in/clock-out). In case of network outage, the data is stored localy in the mobile phone's database and later transferred to the web server. The solution proved to be compliant with specifications during the testing period. Software developed deplozed this solution as a service for customers. |
