Abstract

V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Kompetence vzgojiteljic za izvajanje plesnih dejavnosti je bil namen predstaviti razvoj otroka na gibalnem in plesnem področju, ter kompetence vzgojiteljic za izvajanje plesnih dejavnosti. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen otrokov plesni in gibalni razvoj. Tukaj smo želeli predstaviti pomen, ki ga ima gibanje za otroke in pa otrokove razvojne značilnosti. Dotaknili smo se tudi področja učenja plesa, ter kako se ples razvija v vrtcu. Kot zaključek v teoretičnem delu predstavljamo vzgojiteljevo vlogo pri izvajanju plesnih dejavnosti in pa pomen njegovih spodbud za razvoj plesnosti pri predšolskih otrocih. Kot čisto zadnje teme, pa smo se lotili predstavitve vzgojiteljevega dodatnega usposabljanja na plesnem področju. Tukaj smo želeli predvsem predstaviti možnosti za dodatno usposabljanje vzgojiteljev na področju plesa in pa dejansko usposobljenost vzgojiteljev pri izvajanju plesnih dejavnosti. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava s področja pomembnosti kompetenc vzgojiteljic za izvajanje plesnih dejavnosti. Raziskava je bila izvedena z uporabo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki so jih izpolnili študentje 3. letnika Pedagoške fakultete v Mariboru. Raziskava je pokazala, da je večina študentov mnenja, da je uvršča v skupino usposobljenih oz. kompetentnih za izvajanje plesnih dejavnosti. In da je usposobljenost vzgojiteljic za učinkovito načrtovanje plesnih vsebin izjemno pomembno.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper Kindergarten teacher's competences to teach dance classes intends to depict child's gross motor development and development of dance skills in relation to kindergarten teachers' competences to teach dance activities. The theoretical part describes child's development of gross motor and dance skills. The empahsis is placed on the importance of movement for child's development as well as development features. This was also done by studying teaching dance and its progression in a kindergarten. The final part of the theoretical paper deals with the kindergatern teacher's role in teaching dance activities and the importance of teacher's encouragement for the development of dance skills of pre-school children. The last part presents kindergarten teacher's additional training in the dance field. It presents options for additional training of kindergarten teachers in the dance field and the actual competences of kindergarten teachers to teach dance activities. The empirical part shows the survey of the importance of competences of kindergarten teachers to teach dance activities. The survey was conducted among the 3rd year students at Pedagoška fakulteta (Faculty of Education) both in Maribor and Ljubljana. The findings show that most students consider themselves to be competent or well-trained to teach dance-related activities. It was also established that empowerment to effectively plan dance-related activities was very important.
