diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Poslovni načrt je eden od poglavitnih dokumentov za uspešno izvedbo poslovne priložnosti.
Namen in cilj tega diplomskega dela sta predstaviti poslovni načrt za nadaljnje poslovanje podjetja Hotel Slon, d. d., Ljubljana, ki v prihodnosti načrtuje večjo prenovo.
V prvem delu smo predstavili podjetje in pojasnili, kakšne so njegove trenutne konkurenčne prednosti. Nato sledijo najprej analiza panoge in predstavitev obstoječega proizvoda, v nadaljevanju pa opis, kakšni bodo proizvodi in storitve po prenovi. V tem delu opišemo tudi idejno zasnovo, na podlagi katere bo potekala prenova hotela.
Naloga se nato nadaljuje z analizo trga, v kateri predstavimo konkurenco in v primerjavi z njo tudi naše prednosti. Sledi načrt trženja, v katerem nakažemo, kakšni bosta naša trženjska in cenovna strategija po prenovi.
Poslovni načrt vključuje tudi poglavja, v katerih opišemo proizvodni in storitveni načrt, vodstveno skupino in kadre ter splošen terminski načrt, prav tako pa tudi, kakšna so kritična tveganja in izzivi.
V zadnjem delu smo na podlagi vseh zbranih informacij naredili še finančni načrt ter predstavili pričakovano poslovanje podjetja po prenovi.

The business plan is one of the most important documents for the successful implementation of business opportunities.
The purpose and objective of this diploma is to present a business plan for further business of the company Hotel Slon d.d. Ljubljana, which is planning a major renovation.
In the first part, we present the company and its current major competitive advantages. We focus on the industry analysis and presentation of existing products, and what products and services will be offered after the renovation. In this section, we also describe conceptual design as a basis for planned renovation of the hotel.
Diploma thesis then continues with an analysis of the market where we present our competition and what are our advantages. This is followed by marketing plan in which we present our marketing and pricing strategy after the renovation will be done.
The business plan also includes chapters where we describe production and service plan, management team and personnel, basic timetable plan and what are the critical risks and challenges.
In the last part, based on all the information we gathered, we have made a financial plan and presented expected business results after the renovation. |
