Abstract

Zapuščena dvorišča v Mariboru predstavljajo neizkoriščen potencial mesta. Z manjšimi prenovami in smiselno izbranim programom dvorišč in pripadajočih stavb lahko ta prinesejo veliko dodana vrednost mestni ekonomiji in ambientu. Projektna naloga predstavlja idejno zasnovo zapuščene stavbe in dvorišča na Vojašniškem trgu 4 v Mariboru potencialnim investitorjem. Analizira dvorišča na Koroški cesti in širše območje obravnavanega objekta. To so izhodišča za izbiro namembnosti ter ustvarjanje koncepta idejne zasnove.
