Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili problem, ki ga povzroča pomanjkanje primernega usposabljanja osnovnošolskih učiteljev predmeta tehnika in tehnologija. Predstavili smo okoliščine odvijanja pouka, opozorili na težave in neskladja v letnih delovnih načrtih in pričakovanja snovalcev kurikuluma. V prvem delu smo prikazali osnove, na katerih sloni struktura izobraževanja v Republiki Sloveniji s pripadajočo psihologijo, filozofijo in didaktiko. V drugem delu smo se posvetili izdelavi takšnega modela usposabljanja, ki bi pokrival potrebe usposabljanja tega področja. Uporabili smo že uveljavljene modele usposabljanja. Kombinirali smo njihove sestavine in sestavili dva, po našem mnenju ustreznejša programa. Priredili smo ju za dva primera vsebin učnega načrta. Vanju smo vgradili tisto, kar smo do sedaj pogrešali. Želimo, da bo naloga v pomoč snovalcem programov, ki jih resnici na ljubo trenutno ni.

In the following thesis we presented a problem caused by a lack of adequate training of primary school Engineering teachers. We drew attention to the problems and inconsistencies in the annual work plans and expectations of the designers of the curriculum. In the first part we show the structure on which education in the Republic of Slovenia is based with corresponding fields of psychology, philosophy and didactics. The second part was devoted into creating a better training model that would meet the needs of training in this area. The training models we used were already established. We combined their ingredients and put together two, in our view, more appropriate programs that are suitable for the content of the curriculum. Hopefully our task to help the future curriculum designers in their path to create a more suitable program was successful. |
