Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem obravnaval problem javne razsvetljave v mestu Ljutomer. Izvedel sem primerjavo obstoječe razsvetljave in novo predlagane razsvetljave na podlagi lastnih izračunov. Izračuni so narejeni po standardu SIST EN 12301. Standard je razdeljen na pet delov. V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočil predvsem na 5. del standarda. Pri tem sem upošteval odlok o kategorizaciji občinskih cest na območju občine Ljutomer ter uredbo o omejevanju svetlobnega onesnaževanja. Izračuni so narejeni za najbolj pomembne ceste in ulice v mestu Ljutomer. Namen dela je bil pridobiti bolj učinkovito in varčno javno razsvetljavo.

Secondary abstract: In my thesis I have dealt with the problem of street lighting in the town of Ljutomer. I have made a comparison of the existing lighting and proposed new lighting on the basis of my own calculations. The calculations are made according to the SIST EN 12301 standard. The standard is divided into five parts. In my thesis, I have focused primarily on the 5th part of the standard. I took the ordinance categorization of local roads in Ljutomer and the regulation of limiting light pollution into consideration. The calculations are made for the most important roads and streets in the town of Ljutomer. The intention of this work was to obtain a more effective and efficient street lighting.
