Izboljšava skladiščenja in stroškovna upravičenost vpeljave sprememb

Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo se lotili izboljševanja skladiščenja v podjetju Citrus Fritolin, d. o. o., katerega osnovna dejavnost je organiziranje različnih dogodkov, gostinstvo in catering. Podjetje skladiščem in skladiščnemu poslovanju ne namenja posebne pozornosti, kar je pripeljalo do kaotičnega in neorganiziranega delovanja skladišča. Ravno zato smo podrobno opisali trenutno stanje v skladiščih in predstavili, kako poteka skladiščno poslovanje. Pri tem smo opazili kar nekaj pomanjkljivosti in nepravilnosti. V nadaljevanju smo s pomočjo analize SWOT opredelili problematična področja in področja, ki ponujajo možnosti za izboljšave. Za rešitev problema neučinkovitega skladiščenja smo nato podali nekaj predlogov. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na reorganizacijo skladišč ter nadgradnjo skladiščnega poslovanja z implementacijo informacijskega sistema za upravljanje skladišč. Na koncu smo omenjene predloge ovrednotili in podali stroškovni vidik vpeljave predlogov in oceno učinkov vpeljanih predlogov.

Secondary abstract:	In the master's thesis, we focused on improving the warehousing process at Citrus Fritolin, d. o. o., engaged principally in event management, hospitality and catering. However, at Citrus Fritolin, little attention is devoted to warehouses and warehouse management, resulting in chaotic and completely disorganised warehouse operations. Because of this, we described in detail the current warehouse situation and outlined the warehoue management process. A series of incompatibilities and misconceptions were identified. Via the SWOT analysis, we continued by defining the most problematic areas as well as the aspects which allow for improvement. Then, in order to remedy the inefficient warehousing situation, a number of proposals and suggestions was presented. More specifically, we focused particularly on the re-organisation of warehouses and the improvement of warehouse management through the implementation of a warehouse management IT system. Finally, proposals and suggestions were evaluated from the view-point of costs associated with their introduction and the impact of introduced measures.
