Abstract

Embalaža paketov spletne prodaje je izrednega pomena tako za podjetje kot za stranko, zato mora izpolnjevati veliko zahtev. Osnovni cilj diplomskega dela je na primeru trgovine Zafir d.o.o. – Zara prikazati zasnovo oblikovanja embalaže za spletno prodajo. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu bomo s pomočjo opisne oziroma deskriptivne metode definirali embalažo, predstavili vrste delitev, njene funkcije, obstoječe embalažne materiale, njen vpliv na okolje in pomen izbire prave embalaže. V praktičnem delu našega diplomskega dela bomo zasnovali oblikovanje embalaže za spletno prodajo omenjene trgovine. Najprej bomo preučili zahteve trga in dodali zahteve znotraj podjetja. Nato bomo izbrali primeren material, ki bo obvaroval blago pred neželenimi vplivi okolja. Potem bomo izbrali primerno obliko in videz embalaže. Embalažo bomo nato najprej testirali v praksi, če slednja izpolnjuje vse pogoje. Na koncu bomo spremljali zadovoljstvo strank in analizirali rezultate uporabe embalaže. Glavni rezultat kaže, da embalaža zagotavlja ohranjeno kakovost izdelka in zadovoljstvo strank.

Secondary abstract: Packaging products for online sale is very important for the company as well as for the customer so it has to meet many different demands. The main goal of diploma is to present the planning of the design of packaging for online sale on the Zara case. The diploma is divided on theoretical and practical part. We will use descriptive method in theoretical part to define packaging, present types of division, its functions, existing packaging materials, its effect on the environment and the meaning of choosing the right packaging. We will plan the design of packaging for online sale for Zara in the practical part of our diploma. First we will study the market demands and add them our company's demands. Then we will choose the appropriate material to protect the product from unwanted effects of the environment and choose the suitable shape and appearance of packaging. After that we will test the packaging to see if it really fulfils all the conditions. At the end we will keep under review our customers' satisfaction and analyse the results of using the packaging. The main result shows that packaging provides good quality of products and satisfaction of customers.
