Abstract

Organizacijska kultura pomembno vpliva na uspešnost posameznika v organizaciji in uspeh podjetja pri strankah. V diplomskem delu smo preučili organizacijsko kulturo v podjetju dm drogerie markt d.o.o., ki je del koncerna dm. Management v koncernu dm se zaveda pomembnosti tega kompleksnega in dinamičnega pojava. V dm Slovenija smo naredili raziskavo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, kjer smo izmerili trenutno in želeno organizacijsko kulturo z vidika zaposlenih in s stališča lastnikov. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo ugotovili stanje in management podjetja, opozorili na pomanjkljivosti oziroma potrebe po nujnih spremembah, da se stanje še izboljša in ohrani uspešno delovanje podjetja tudi v prihodnje.

Secondary abstract: Organizational culture has a significant impact on employee and customer loyalty and overall business success. In this thesis we have studied the organizational culture of the company dm drogerie markt d.o.o., which is a part of the dm concern. Management of the dm concern realize the importance of this complex and dynamic phenomenon. In subsidiary dm Slovenija, we used a questionnaire to measure current and desired types of organizational culture from the employee standpoint and the standpoint of the company owners. Based on data analysis we could determine the current state of organizational culture and propose activities to further improve the situation and success of the company in the future.
